When you use the contact form or e-mail us, we process the data you provide: your name, e-mail address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message.
- Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, contact you back and — where relevant — present an offer.

b) Operating and securing the website
In connection with your use of the website, the hosting provider may automatically process data stored in server logs (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type).
- Purpose: ensuring the correct and secure operation of the website, diagnostics and technical statistics.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your enquiry. Without your name and e-mail address we cannot reply via the form.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data may be shared with or entrusted to the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary for the purposes above:

- Hosting provider — Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.): stores the website files on servers located in the European Union.

- Authorities entitled under applicable law, upon a valid request.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
We use providers (including Web3Forms and Google) that may process data on servers located outside the EEA, including in the United States. In such cases, transfers rely on safeguards ensuring an adequate level of protection under Chapter V GDPR — in particular Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework). A copy of the relevant safeguards can be obtained by contacting the Controller.
