Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you use websites. They allow, among other things, your device to be recognised and the page to be displayed correctly. Similar functions can be served by other technologies, e.g. local storage.

2. Cookie consent

The brtrawers.pl website stores no cookies without your consent. On your first visit we display a banner where you can accept or reject optional cookies (analytics and the Google map).

We use Google Consent Mode. This means the Google measurement script (Google Analytics) does load on the page, but until you give consent it runs in a restricted mode: it stores no cookies or identifiers and collects no personal data. Only anonymous, aggregated signals without cookies (so-called cookieless pings) may be sent to Google — with no way to identify your device. Only after you consent does Google Analytics begin to store cookies and perform full measurement. If you reject consent, no cookies are stored. The Google map loads only after consent is given.

You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

The fonts used on the website are self-hosted (served from our own server), so using the site does not trigger connections to font providers' servers — regardless of your choice on the banner.

3. Cookies used on the website

Once you have given consent, the following cookies and services may be used:

Service Provider Purpose Type
Google Analytics 4
(e.g. _ga, _ga_EGS1Y39FY2)
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC Statistical analysis of website traffic — distinguishing users and sessions, measuring the number of visits. The Google Analytics script runs in Google Consent Mode — it stores cookies only after you give consent. Analytics; approx. 2 years
Google Maps Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC Displaying an interactive map with the office location. The map loads only after consent is given on the banner; until then Google receives no data and sets no cookies. Once the map is loaded, Google may set cookies and process data (including your IP address) under its own terms. Third-party; session and persistent

Google's data processing is described in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. For more on recipients and transfers outside the EEA, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Legal basis

The use of cookies other than those strictly necessary for the website to function requires your consent — under the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (which replaced the Telecommunications Law in this respect) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give consent knowingly through the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.

5. Managing cookies and withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw the consent given on the banner at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer and selecting "Reject". You can also manage cookies yourself in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Instructions for the most popular browsers:

Restricting cookies may affect some website features, e.g. displaying the map.

6. Changes to this policy

The Controller may update this policy in connection with changes to the website or the law. The current version is always available at this address.
