We take full responsibility for the quality of our work. Every engagement is shaped around the individual needs of the client.

We are a family-run accounting office, on the market since 2001. We work on regularly updated accounting and payroll software, and we carry professional civil-liability insurance covering all services we provide.

We offer complete bookkeeping, tax and payroll services for businesses of different profiles and legal forms — from sole traders to commercial-law companies. We work fluently with English-speaking clients and handle international transactions on a daily basis, including intra-Community and non-EU imports and exports.

We have years of experience supporting sole traders as well as small and medium-sized businesses — across local and international operations.

Bookkeeping

We maintain Revenue & Expense Ledgers (KPiR) as well as full books of accounts for service, trading and manufacturing companies — domestic and internationally active (import / export of goods and services). We also handle sole proprietorships (JDG) taxed under the lump-sum scheme.

Payroll & HR

End-to-end payroll and HR administration: employment and civil contracts, personnel files, payroll runs, ZUS (Polish Social Insurance) settlements — all aligned with current Polish regulations.

English-speaking clients

A significant share of our clients runs cross-border operations or communicates with us in English. We are comfortable explaining the Polish tax landscape, ZUS rules, and reporting deadlines in plain English — so nothing is lost in translation.

We work on current accounting software kept in line with the latest regulations. We support KSeF e-invoicing, and our clients have round-the-clock online access to their documents and settlements.

In price: up to 10 documents

Company bookkeeping

800 PLN net / month

In price: up to 10 documents

  • full bookkeeping — recording of income and costs
  • annual financial statement (balance sheet, profit & loss account and additional notes) — settled separately, once a year
  • tax documentation: VAT records, income tax, fixed assets and equipment
  • verification of documents for formal and accounting accuracy, with notice of any gaps or errors
  • email updates on key changes in tax law
  • access to online invoicing software
  • access to the Office Portal

Payroll & HR

from 60 PLN net / person

Civil-law: 60 PLN
Employment: 100 PLN

  • monthly PIT advance calculations on salaries
  • monthly ZUS contribution calculations
  • preparation and submission of ZUS filings
  • employee certificates
  • registering and deregistering employees and their family members with ZUS
  • PPK handling — enrolment, filings and contribution calculations
  • maintaining personnel files
  • PIT-11, PIT-4R, PIT-8AR, IFT-1R filings with the Tax Office
  • annual PIT-11 forms provided electronically
