As of January 2024, we will introduce online invoicing software – Subiekt 123.

The monthly fee for the use of the software is PLN 10.00 gross.

We would like to emphasize that the use of Subect 123 is completely voluntary – you can use any invoicing software, as long as after July 1, 2024 (for VAT taxpayers) or January 1, 2025 (for VAT-exempt taxpayers) the software will work with KSeF.

If you would like our assistance in using and configuring the program, we offer to give you access to Subiekt 123. It is online software supported by a web browser – there is no need to install any programs on your computer, and the system runs on any operating system that supports modern web browsers.

What do you gain by choosing Subiekt 123?

1. The fee for using the program will be added to the invoice for our services – you do not have to remember to renew the license yourself,
2. We can assist you in setting up and using the program,
3. Other than a one-time setup, you will not have to generate and upload individual invoice files. Once a month, after issuing sales invoices, it is enough to generate a summary report directly in the program. Based on it, we will be able to import all the invoices you have issued,
4. You are assured that the software will be KSeF-compliant by the end of January 2024 – this will allow you to configure and test the cooperation even before the effective date of the new regulations.
